Do you think that technology is developing in the wrong way?
For example apple releases a new iPhone nearly every year, usually it looks nicer, is a bit faster and has some new cool features that you don't even need. So many people spending money on things like this, but at the end of the day it is just a phone, it's not like you need to check your facebook every 10 minutes.
Or how computers are constantly made faster, even though the majority of people don't need a fast computer, if you are just browsing the web then their isn't much use for this, it's good for gamers but not really improving the world. Using the new AMD 8 core processor because it makes your computer load faster would be a silly reason to upgrade.
The latest samsung 3D tv's that have facebook apps on them, even though the iphone and the superfast computer could check facebook. Or how they make TV's bigger all the time, not that you need it, like who would want a TV that is 50 inch, didn't they ever think of sitting closer?
What about the iPad mini, basically another iPhone which just robbed you of even more money. What can it do that the other things can't?
Or how about the latest porsche that has been made for you to drive around the streets at 30mph, not that you ever needed it, just wanted to look like a big boy, it's really ridiculous how you have these old men that want you think a lot of them when they drive around in there car that looks around £100,000 at the speed limit, they probably wouldn't race it anyway, just more money down the drain.
However there isn't much development in things like fuel economical cars, which is costing our country a fortune, they have blumotion cars now, which run on much less fuel but still not fully electric, not much development on a cure for cancer or even information on how to prevent it. E-Cigarettes have been a great invention, it's things like this that need to be thought of. They have solar panels, but not made cheaply, costing a lot of money, still a lot of waste in energy and resources.
We never hear of great new inventions that will really develop the world like how the worlds first phone, the first computer, the internet, the first car, the first plane, the first boat, the first microwave, the first lightbulb, the satellite, radar. Everything is just made more fashionable or fast, or easy to use, when we should be focusing about preserving are planet, making great new inventions increasing the quality of life for everyone, fighting diseases, solving wars in the middle east, providing more technology to produce houses for people, so many people homeless, starving and dying, technology should help them but it doesn't.
Too much manufacturing and money making it's destroying us.
