What are the safest herbal alternatives to smoking cigarettes?
I know all smoking is bad but what are the safest herbs to smoke to try to help STOP smoking cigarettes. I have some Mullein leaves and Lemon balm leaves i heard those might be ok but i would like to know some others and ones that don't taste too bad and might help with relaxing like a cig. I will be using a cigarette rolling machine to smoke them in a filtered tube as well.

you can buy a really nice one online for 40 bucks and they're pretty fun and chill to have at hangouts or with a couple friends, the tabacco content is really low and its filtered through water making it much better for you.

sounds like you're packing them real loose to lose that much tobacco in the pack, especially packed w/filter down - some of the tobacco shrinkage will be from the tobacco drying (loosing moisture it contracts some) but to go down that much, if you'd packed the cigs with the tobacco dripping wet (which the injector wouldn't handle) it still wouldn't have gone ... How I stopped tobacco loss was to pack the cigarette just a smidge using a pen then pinch/fold the tube over.
