How will the tobacco legislation affect imports?
Will all "flavored" cigarettes be banned from sale in the US or will imports still be sold? In other words, will my wife be able to get her Cloves?

Interesting question. It's going to depend on how the bureaucrats enforce the ban, and only time will tell on that one. Personally, I think it'll be unenforceable. You can buy anything over the Internet now, you know? If people can get Cuban cigars, they can get flavored cigarettes!
