Where can I find the incidence of cancer and other diseases caused by smoking cigarettes?
Does anyone know of a legitimate web site (not one biased against smoking) that will give genuine medical statistics about the known ailments caused by smoking, possibly with information based on the number of pack years and likelihood of developing Cancer etc...?

You can start with the World health Organization fact sheet at

and then move on to the medical search engine at PubMed (freely available to anyone), where you can put in the search terms you require.
For example there is a paper on smoking and cancer of the colon and rectum:
