Is there tax on electronic cigarettes?
If there is, is it included in the price?
I'm just kinda worried, because the websites I want to order from don't say anything about tax, not even in the chekout section...

There are so many answers here and a couple of people almost got it right, but not quite.
Most states require online merchants to charge sales tax if the person buying from them is in their state. If they are not, there is no sales tax charged.
There is no tobacco tax on e-cigarettes because they are not regulated (so far).
Here comes the unknown wrinkle that very few people know about ...
Some states - Florida, for instance - require their residents to pay "use" taxes on everything they purchase online (or even on vacation, for that matter), regardless of where the item is purchased from, if they didn't pay sales tax to Florida or to another state. If they did pay tax to another state and that tax is lower than the tax rate of the state in which they live, the consumer is supposed to pay the difference to the state in that they live in (if that state has a "use" tax, that is).
There are 22 states that have this "use" tax on their books (does anybody know this?). There is actually a spot on state income tax forms for individuals to voluntarily submit this tax if they live in a state with income tax.
The consumer is supposed to actually take the time to locate a special tax form in Florida called "form DR-15MO" and list everything they bought that they didn't pay tax on and turn that in on a monthly basis. Then, they must send the state sales tax on the item(s). How much uncollected tax do you think this idiotic law has created?

Vermont law requires filing a tax return (Form SU-452, and payment) by the 20th day of the month following non-exempt purchases to avoid a $50 late fee, a 5 percent penalty per month, to a maximum of 25 percent, plus statutory interest on the unpaid tax and penalties.
So, technically speaking, you need to check and see if your state has a "use" tax. If it does, you need to voluntarily send the state tax on your purchases. Or, you can just ignore this obscure tax law like 99.9999% of the folks do. Let your conscience be your guide!
