Why should i continue to give up smoking if i desperatly want one. ?
I havnt had a ciggerette in 3 weeks why should i keep going when i feel like one desperatly just because my girlfriend doesnt like it. ?

If you really want to use tobacco, get some natural tobacco. This will give you the "buzz" feeling you like, without the horrible withdrawal, dangerous additives and many fewer associated health risks. You can roll your own tobacco cigarettes, smoke it out of a pipe or water pipe, or, for even less toxicity, vaporize it with a vaporizing pipe (the vapor genie) or an electric vaporizer (ploom, the volcano.)
The health difference between vaporizing tobacco and smoking cigarettes is like the difference between drinking three cups of coffee and smoking crack cocaine. The "buzz" isn't really that different in the long run. It won't feel satisfying to use normal tobacco at first because you will be craving the toxins that cigarette companies add to cigarettes to make them more addictive. These toxins make it hard to quit, and cause withdrawal, but they don't make the cigarette buzz better.
You should continue to give up smoking cigarettes because you don't want to make yourself live an unhealthy life or have an early death, or make the people who stand around your second hand smoke do the same thing. You should google "health effects of smoking." It's not just about being dead sooner, it's about the slow, miserable process of watching your body decay, year after year, before you actually die.
The desperate wanting you feel is a reaction to your addiction to the formaldehyde, cyanide, horse glue, arsenic, and other substances added to natural tobacco to make it more addictive and deadly, thus increasing the profits of large tobacco and medical corporations.
Your girlfriend loves you and so is trying to take care of you. This is a difficult and painful thing to try to do to someone who doesn't try to take care of yourself. If you do not treat yourself with love, how can you expect anyone else to?
