Cigarette Tax
So when will I have to start paying Obama's new cigarette tax?
He just signed it. It'll raise cigarette taxes by 61 cents a pack, and it's for "the children." I would have expected better considering that Obama smokes himself. When does this actually go into effect? When do I have to start paying this?

The point is why are my taxes going to pay for childrens healthcare? I don't have any kids. This schip law also covers illegal immigrants.
