How worse are cigars than cigarettes inhaled.?
I kind of substituted cigars for ciggs thinking it will help me quit, and now I smoke them reg. instead of cigg. I don't smoke as much cigars as I did ciggs, maybe 2 a day. I know it is stupid so please save the lectures. I want scientific answers.

Well ill probably get tons of thumbs down for this but MODERATE CIGAR SMOKING IS DRAMATICALLY BETTER FOR YOUR HEALTH THAN SMOKING CIGARETTES. The rates of lung cancer are substantially lower and chronic pulmonary obstructive disorder is nearly that of a non smoker, you may still be addicted to nicotine but the means of delivery is much safer (think rubbing powder cocaine in your gums vs. smoking crack). The only problems come from your risk of oral cancer, esophageal cancer, or cancer of the larynx which is about that of a cigarette smoker but these types of cancers are much more treatable than lung cancer and have high survival rates. At least your trying to stop smoking, nothing is worse than cigarettes and I wish people would think more in terms of five sticks are better than ten and cigars are better than both and not just a Nancy Regan "just say no" tobacco is the devil.
